To enable Developer options in your Android TV. Go to Settings > System > About > OS Build Info & tap on it for seven times.
2) Limit Background Processes:
To enable this settings first developer options should be turned on.
Head to Settings > Developer Options > Background Process Limit > Select "No Background Process" or "At Most 1 Process" for disabling extra CPU usage.
3) Animation Scaling:
On the same page (Settings > Developer Options) scroll & search for all Animation options & select Animation scale to 0.5.
Options can be like Window animation scale, Transition animation scale & Animator duration scale etc.
This will result in smoother and faster user experience.
